We accept payments through the secure checkout options provided on our site.
Orders are not final until payment is received in full.
Custom orders require additional time for production and may not be canceled once work has begun.

3. Shipping & Delivery

Ready-made items ship within 3 business days.
Custom jewelry typically requires 10 business days for production.
Paintings may require up to 4 weeks.
Delivery times may vary based on carrier services, and we are not responsible for delays once an item is in transit.
Free shipping is provided within the United States unless otherwise stated.

4. Returns & Refunds

Because all items are handmade, returns are only accepted for broken or defective products.
Requests for returns must be made within 7 days of delivery with photo documentation of the issue.
Approved returns must be shipped back in original packaging. Refunds or replacements will be issued once the defective item is received.
Custom orders cannot be returned unless defective.
